Kerdi Board Issues
I have 3 issues I'm trying to come up with the best solutions for.
I have 1/2-inch gaps in the corners where my kerdi boards should meet. Would kerdi fix and inserting 1/2 inch pieces of board work?
I have gaps where the kerdi board meets the drywall ceiling also. How should I waterproof these?
My drywall isn't in place yet but it won't be sitting flush with the kerdi when it is. Is kerdi band enough to waterproof the edges? Or do I need to apply more kerdi board along the side and water proof that?
Are these fixable or are they serious waterproofing risks that need redoing? Thank you for any input.
