Drain correct?
This is a tile-redi pan/drain:



I'm concerned that the weep holes are not exposed.
When I put the floor tile on, do i unscrew the black portion of the drain so that it's level with the tile? Contractor put it on very tight.
Do I put caulk where the white part of the drain is inserted into the black portion.
do you see any issues here...

Yes you will need to screw the drain to the height of the tile. In fact, most of us set the drain just a tiny bit lower than the tile for good drainage.
