Shower Waterproofing

My plumber glued in an oatey drain before I was able to get my head around how we wanted to waterproof and tile our bathrooms.

I was planning to use hydro ban liquid water proofing. But I’m not sure if that will work with the oatey drain. It appears the oatey drain is meant for rubber/sheet membrane. Please advise!

Second. I have green (mold resistant) drywall. Again my intent was to go over this with hydro ban but I’m not sure if that’s what I should do now.

Ultimately, I have an oatey drain on a wood subfloor and green board on the walls. Please give me recommendations on what the best/easiest installation should be for a DIYer.
