Curb pitch failure please help
So, I didn't pitch my curbs and need to redo. I already removed the top tiles, but while removing it the schluter Waterproof membrane came up with it.
My thoughts are to lay down thinset, put schluter membrane, let it dry, and then cover with 2 layers of hydroban. Or can I get away with just putting hydroban?

Oh man! I wish you would have reached out before you removed the tiles. Slope on the curb is not that big of a deal. It is usually such a small amount that it does not affect how the water runs, unless it is sloped the WRONG way and that's a whole other issue.
At this point there is nothing you can really do besides put another player of Kerdi over it. I would try to clean up the corners on the wall the best you can before you re-apply the Kerdi.
