Permabase walls up, curb poured. Next step?
Now that perma base walls are installed and my curb poured. The next logical step would be taping the seams of the perma base with multimax light and hydroban membrane tape. (correct?)
Then would I install the sheet membrane on the pan with a multimax light or do the sheet membrane shower pan first prior to doing the walls and joints? (Does it matter?)
Also does installing the hydro ban membrane tape with mutimax light on all permabase seams the correct method?
Thanks for your help. Dan

The walls can just get 2” alkali resistant mesh tape. Then go over it with MML. Then liquid hydroban. I like the seam tape you have for the floor/wall/curb connection along with the preformed corners. Then one piece of the sheet membrane to cover the floor. If you want double protection, cover the entire surface of the pan with liquid hydroban after the MML dries.
