Shower Waterproofing

I have access to both where I live, and actually can get all laticrete products since its a local company.

would one be better that the other? i'll also use whatever brands sealant and waterproof tape.

for all set, would kerdi allset be best, or multimax lite?

and what about for heating. how does the laticrete strata heat compare to the kerdi ditra heat?
