Hydro Ban shower curb
I thought I'd buy a preformed curb instead of making one from Go Board because Hydro Ban's curb is $25, and I'm tired of dealing with the itchy Go Board fiberglass. This is what it looks like. It doesn't appear to have the "liquid waterproof membrane coating" as described. Nor does it look like the images on their website. It looks like just bare styrofoam. Is this how it is supposed to be? Will thinset or Hydro Ban adhere to it? I'm kinda stuck again...in Lodi. Again.🤔

I recommend 2" kerdi board and cut it down to the width you need. That thing looks like the old ice chests they used to sell 😂
