Liquid Hydroban Only?
I'm a little afraid to ask.......
I watched Isaac's video showing a liquid membrane only as a suitable waterproofing system of shower walls and floor. I have cement board on walls with taped and mortared joints and screw holes. 2 Coats of Liquid Hydroban on all surfaces. I just put in the mud pack (laticrete 209) floor with FloFx drain on concrete floor. After floor cures for 7 days I plan to put 2 coats of LH on it and call it good. BUT NOW I've read some things that worry me this wont be enough. Probably makes no sense to put corner tape in at this point since I have "Hydrobaned" the plane changes already.
Do I need to reconsider the floor?

My recommendation was for the floor and transitions only for the sheet. If you only use the liquid, I would flatten out those sandy spots with thinset first
