Pan liner, cuts from demo, how to seal?
Short story..I screwed up the mud bed and water was not seeping out. During the demo I was a little too aggressive and cut the liner in a lot of spots. Small cuts with the demo hammer bit, circled in picture.
Is there a good way to fix the PVC liner?
Glue on another section over the top of this one?
Cut out the bottom course of tile and backer board and replace the complete liner? I'm limited on the tile as this was all discontinued tile I've had for years. So if I mess up too many I'm screwed.
Other thoughts? I don't want to redo this shower a 3rd time. I completed this may of 2023 then found issues beginning of this year and the shower has been down most of that time. And in it's current state drying out for a month.

Unfortuanatly there is no easy repair for this. It looks like there is already a somewhat sketchy patch in the lower left corner. One row and curb needs to come out for a correct repair.
