Shower Waterproofing

Is This a Problem?

Just drained the pan after the 24 hour flood test. Water level was constant, so no leaks. These pictures are the worst and there are a couple of other places where the Hydroban blistered up. The Hydroban is over No Flo membrane with banding at the floor/wall and preformed corners also. I know the Hydroban wasn't necessary when using the membrane but had to buy 2 gallons of Hydroban because 1 wouldn't be enough but 2 meant extra so I thought the extra layers over the pan would be OK.

Thanks Larry and Isaac. I followed Larry's suggestion and put a coat of thinset over the peeled area. As of now, there is one coat of Hydroban over that. I plan to do one more coat of Hydroban and repeat the floodtest.
