To Ditra or not.....
Installing a Schluter foam pan over 3/4" plywood in our master bath remodel. Floor has been recessed and confirmed level in all directions. I'm seeing some conflicting info as to whether an uncoupling membrane is necessary in this application. I have a roll of Ditra on hand. Is it recommended that I adhere that to the floor, then the foam pan to the Ditra or do I just thinset the pan straight to the subfloor?

Thinset the pan directly to the plywood. Save the Ditra for the bathroom floor.
