The subfloor under the toilet was somewhat bowl shaped, so I removed the area. I also decided to replace the 29 year old flange while the floor was open. Should I install the flange to the subfloor or wait and mount it on top of the tile. I would need to drill through the tile, thinset and ditra XL.
