I just read on a Sakrete package that tile needs to be set within 18 to 24 hours of the dry pack setting. Is this accurate? I'm installing a shower... I'm not doing the traditional pre-slope dry pack, rubber membrane, dry pack. I'm going to be using Hyro Ban on the top of a sloped dry pack with a FloFx . Shouldn't the dry pack cure for some time (days, weeks) prior to applying Hydro Ban? Also, just an FYI, I'm actually using Laticrete 209 Floor Mud... not Sakrete. Same question still applies.
