Sill for the top of the curb
Is the best choice for the top of the curb and my half-wall that the glass will rest on going to be the 4 or 6" wide engineered slab as shown here?
Are there any other good options?
Is 6" wide most common? Any reason not to do a 4"?

6” is probably more popular for 2x4 construction. Quartz is a great surface for curb tops and sills.
