Tape around window?
Assuming I need to take outside corners of this window since I will tile around window. Or do I need something else to wrap around corner of window and hardi board?

Maybe fill some sealant in the top gap there. I probably would NOT tape it, band it, or hydroban it. Tile, and fill the window gap with silicone, not grout, so that vinyl can expand and contact.
you using a schluter for the side of the tiles that are exposed at the window?
