Grout dried different colors
So today I looked at some of my grout and some of it is actually like a white color, I'm sure it's not any mortar from the tile. Definitely not the same color everywhere and I'm sure I've read about that-especially with the grout I used, the Mapei keracolor. Is there anything to do about this? can I just go over the grout again? Do I have to dig it out first then replace it? I mean, it doesn't really bother me all that much honestly. But I think it would look better more uniform.
Another question- there seems to be a few "low spots" in the grout. What do I do about them? Just go over them again with more grout? Same thing with any holes (though I didn't see any on quick glance but I'm sure I'll have some when I do the walls. Does that do anything to the integrity of the grout? Will it all bond appropriately.

I don’t know how much stock I take in the following advise but an old tile setter I know would buy bottled distilled water to mix his grout to eliminate the minerals in the water….but you’re still wiping it down with tap water so……
