Tiling directly on top of auto-leveler (with heating wire)

Hi,

I installed an electric heating wire (in mesh) on my bathroom floor, and poured self-leveling cement to make the whole room as flat as possible, before tiling.

Now I am left wondering if it'd be better to install a decoupling membrane before tiling? Or would it be okay to tile directly on top of the self-L cement?

I am worried that if the self-L heats up more quickly than the thinset/tile, there could be separation between the two layers and potentially some tiles cracking.

Thanks, I appreciate the insight!
