Mud bed suggestions

I'm working in an old bunker of a house here. Cast iron sunken whirlpool tub. Rebar in 60-year-old concrete. I cannot raise the floor. And they want curbless shower. So my partner and I exhausted ourselves for 2 days to pull off the top surface of this concrete.

The slope is good and I have about 3\4"of space all the way to the drain to screed a new shower pan.

Flo fx going in soon.

The question.

What mortar should I use for the shower pan?

It's 3\4" the whole way.

Should I slurry a bond coat and regular dry pack?

Or since it's that thin the whole way, should I mix a wet cement and screed that off the drain and side?

Any thoughts appreciated.

I'll get better pics. Corner shower. Angled door in front

I still think a slurry and deck mud would be best. Even though it’s pretty thin, the deck mud will kind of combine with the slurry. It might be a little messy but it will be solid.
