Tile to tile threshold transition different heights
What are the options for a tile to tile transition of different heights. I will have about a 1/2 inch height difference to make up within the door jam to get down to the new tile in the hallway. What are the best options? Single Hollywood threshold, slope tile using buildup of thinset? Other options? See pic attached

Yes you would need to remove thin set just under the tile.
A flanged blade screws onto your grinder. That way you can get it flush.to the ground.
A lot of grinder blades have the nut that you tighten.
I looked at your picture some more. You may not need the flanged blade. Just a regular one may fit
