Deck Mud Working time?
So I'm ready to give it a go! I know watching Isaac that he does a shower pan in under 30 minutes. I have no illusions I will be that quick. So how much time do I have to work with the deck mud (Laticrete 209) for a good result? If I up the water in the mix will that give me more time or just a weaker pan? Also, how do I keep the mud from clumping when mixing using the garbage bag method? I'm excited to give this a try..........

LOL! I could have written exactly this, even down to the age (60 and slowing down). I don't say "Isaac says", but my husband asks "What does Isaac say?" I'm about ready to do the deck mud, and it's well above 100 degress in Lodi today. I think I'm going to lay out a tarp indoors and mix there.
