Tiling first shower. Edge of tile wall is not uniform in thickness. Part of the reason is due to the fact that the glass decorative tiles were not the same thickness as the ceramic tiles so to keep them in line I added more thinset to raise them. This caused tiles above the glass trim piece to have a wider width on the edge. How can I make the edge look good? I was planning to finish the edge with a strip of schluter aluminum trim.
