Question about corners
Issac I think in one video you said to do the back wall of tile first, then do the sides as it looks better for the corners- am I correct on that, or did I dream it? And what was your reasoning?
Also for anyone, my corners are not square in the middle with the cement board on. They are on the top, bottom, upper middle, just not on the middle. They were on the wood frame but not with the cement board. Now I did have to plane some of the wood every day. It would be fine one day, but the next it would need to be planed. Not sure if it was drying, or God was playing a joke or what, but who knows-cheap 2x4s. But the walls are plumb and very flat. Will my corners be OK? Will then line up nice?

I'm doing my back wall first before the sides so the grout lines on the sides face each other. Also, if I end up needing to scribe tiles because the back wall is slightly out of plumb then it will only be visible while you're IN the shower, if visible at all, and standing back towards the bathroom door I won't see anything but a perfectly plumb corner from floor to ceiling.
