GROUT FAILURE
This grout has been in for about 6 months and iv just notice it cracking along the tile in idk why its doing it bc everything on the floor has atleast 1/4 inch gap for expansion and contraction. Only thing i can think of is that i got it to wet when i was wiping it up from installing the grout. What do you think? And its all just coming from tile.. like its shrinking or sum.

Floors are easyish to repair so if you got a second...smash the tile out and do some forensics on your own tile work. That'll be a great learning experience for you. If you have extra tile and some time... Or you can just regrout it. I'm just skeptical on grout cracking in that way for a reason other than movement of the tile. Maybe Tile coach or Larry can speak on their experience--- cracked grout that looks like that is a tile installation technique problem, in my world. not a product problem.
But I am totally open to correction.
