Floating Laminate Floor - Shower Curb
When using a lamitate floor (floating) up against a shower curb, do you silicone (grout color matched) the gap between the vertical tile that contacts the top of the floor?
I would use a scrap plank as a template while tiling the curb and then leave about a standard grout gap between the top of the floor and the bottom edge of the vertical curb tile.
Is this correct or is there a better suggestion/solution?
Thank you in advance.

Yes, silicone or flexible color match sealant goes in that joint. Looks way better than butting the LVT up to the curb and using a 1/4 round or t molding like most flooring guys do.
