Concrete floor prep?
Hey fellow tile folks, I am getting ready to do a commercial floor job next week , this is what the floor looks like , builder says he doesn't want uncoupling membrane, just porcelain straight over bare concrete , floor has paint and mud compound on it , my question is , how would yall prep this floor ?

Just sponge up the loose stuff and lay the tile!
