My home is from 1965 and is on the gulfcoast of Florida. I would like to replace the drain but not sure how to approach. It isn't the typical 2 inch drain but 1 1/2 inch.

It also seems like cast iron since it's rusted but I see a blueish turquoise looking residue on the inside drain which leads me to think its corrosion but I thought only copper corroded. My vent stacks are copper.

Any advice on how to approach this is appreciated .
