Rough-In Box, only 1 screw (Delta Multichoice 91557)
Why on only one screw holding the reough-in box to valve? There will be 4 screws from the exterior finish mounting to the corners of this box.
The Rough-in box doesn't sit flush with the valve or wall with just one screw (when tightened), and i fear the box could crack if when the finish plate is pulling on all 4 corners of the rough-in box. I'll have to leave it slightly lose to allow it to sit flush.

I noticed the same thing when I installed mine. I did not like how it kind of "bowed out" on the side with no screw. I just picked up a stainless steel screw from the hardware store and drilled the plastic plaster ring for the new screw. I don't recall, but I may have had to tap the hole in the brass shower valve body as it was not threaded.
