Leveling Pre-Slope for Foam Shower Tray
I've got a slab on grade foundation in the bathroom in remodeling. Tore out the mud pan and 40 mil pan liner and the concrete was sloped to drain. There was a 3-piece drain installed.
I'm thinking that the simplest way to go about this is to level out the pan and go with a foam shower pan. I want to use either the kerdi drain, or FloFX drain with the adapter to the existing 3-piece. I'm worried about the distance between the existing drain and the new flange once I level the pan. The kerdi flange looks like it'd sit higher and give me more wiggle room for the self leveler than the FloFX.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. TIA.
