Drain location options
I am putting in a new shower....there was a tiny neo angle custom shower that was way to small (29" approx).
I am trying to upload a pic, but it won't let me for some reason.
Anyway, the drain is 16" from the walls (corner shower). I have ordered a 40"x40" slimline pan and I don't think there is any way the drain location will match up with this.
My question is this...I don't see ANY shower pans or even the Kerdi shower pan that would work as far as pre cut drain placement. Could I use a bonding flange drain and just kerdi membrane so I wouldn't have to move the drain.
Also, I like the idea of curbless and don't want a giant curb to have to step over. The bathroom is only 5x6, could I just use kerdi membrane on the entire floor with a bonding flange and viola? Thanks in advance for your help!
