Flofx not bonding

I installed a Flofx bonding flange in my shower on a dry pack (laticrete 209) and a few days days later I realized that the side of the flange is slightly bouncing when pressing on it, only a tiny bit and in a couple of places, it looks like the flange didn’t bond fully to the dry pack in a couple of spots. My question is: is that ok? If not what should I do? I was ready to waterproof the dry pack but I don’t know if I should proceed.

Hi Nils, sorry for the dealy getting back to you. It's been a crazy week! I recommend using a knife or tool to take out some of the dry pack in the small channels on the edge of the flo fx and vacuum them out clean. Then apply thinset into the channels and that will lock everything together.
