We remodel all year long. We finish the drywall and prime the entire place first thing after rough in. Try to lock in any drywall dust with the primer. Then we move on. Just how we roll. It's really nice walking into a project that's been primed and doesn't get your clothes dirty every time you lean up against a wall. You can always scrape just a little texture off if you want your tile to go all the way to the ceiling
