WHERE shower MEETS floor

I am moving along on my curbless shower but have ran into a snag that has my brain going in circles and its probably me just over thinking it.. i am using a pebble rock floor that is 6mm thick and the actual floor to the bathroom thats going to butt up right against it is 9mm thick. the pebble tile says to use a 3/16 v notch trowel which is even gonna be worse bc i gotta use a 1/2x1/2 trowel for the 24x24 bathroom tile.. my question is how am i going to butt them together without having a huge lipage problem, im not going to be using a deco sg profile due to the fact i like the look of glass sitting directly on the tile.. do i let the glass go up to the lipage in just silicone or will u still see it? Confused 🫤

Now when i ramp up with thinset should i re hydroban for extra security on my part? Im going to go maybe 1inch to 1/2in over on the sloped shower pan that away i know when the water hits it cant run up hill just my theory is that the water will travel threw the grout and under the glass but maybe im wrong but i guess issac that is why you had me water proof out 16 inches past the pan
