Advice on mix for cement pack shower pan
Hi, I'm working on my cement pack shower, the concrete curb has been poured and is now curing. I'm looking for some advice on what product to use for the cement pack shower pan.
I'm in Canada and some of the products in your videos are not available here. There are 2 products at my local home depot that I'm considering. I'm wondering if either of these products are suitable.

Would you use either of these products for a cement pack shower pan?

Data page on that sand topping mix says it can be used for a thick bed for setting ceramic tile.
But I would search deck mud, or floor mud first. The ratios are a bit different. Making install easier
