Best Thinset for 24x48 on ceiling???
Set a 24x48 tile on ceiling and put support rods to hold tile up over night. The next morning I removed the support rods and saw the tile was separating from the ceiling. I used Schluter Allset. It was 65 degrees in the bathroom and I removed support rods 13 hours later... any thoughts? What's the best thinset for 24x48 on ceiling?

Update: I mixed Allset in room temp water instead of really cold water from the spigot (I’m on a well so the water is really cold) and when I set the ceiling tiles I made sure to vibrate them more than normal and I had a heater going all night keeping the bathroom at 76 degrees, and the 3 tiles I set are holding just fine.
