Grout for Envelope Shower Floor
I’m building a 32x48 shower pan with an envelope cut. The tiles are large format so there will only be 4 pieces of tile and ~8 linear feet of 1/8” grout joint. I was thinking about epoxy grout due to the superior performance but I also like the ease of premixed Spectralock 1.
What grout would be best in my application?

Don't use spectralock one inside a shower. It's not meant for submerged applications. "well, Ben it's not submerged it's inside a shower" Right, I've heard that...but when you get all the fats or whatever from the bar soap you might use or whatever else is in that soap...when that stuff covers the grout...then it's submerged and it will break down. ZERO chance I would ever use a pre mixed grout inside a shower or any wet area. This is from experience, not theoretical. The stuff fails in showers.
