Valve wall layout
I can’t decide whether to layout the tile centered to the eschutcheon or centered to the wall. I’m leaning toward the eschutcheon, but is the 2.9” cut too small?. Images show the adjacent wall so you can tell how the tiles wrap.

Center the grout line. That small piece looks fine, it looks like you just bent the tile around the corner
