Recommend Underlayment to solve the issue

I am doing a small guest bathroom tub-to-shower conversion. I have installed an RSS custom pan intending it to be curbless.

The bathroom floor is 5/8 OSB. The Left side of the RSS Pan sits 7/16 above the OSB. The right side sits 11/16 proud of the OSB (a 1/4 inch difference over 59 inches left to right). In other words, the bathroom floor is not level while the pan is.

I have 1/4 inch hardie board. I am willing to use something else. I know that I can slope the floor to the shower pan with thin set.

What do you recommend I do to make this work?

Should I use a floor leveler?

What product should I for the underlayment?

How do I make up the difference in height between the OSB and the top surface of the RSS pan?

Just an FYI: I am a dangerously underqualified DYIer.

Thank you for your ideas in advance.
