Dry Pack repair advice

Well, I made my first mistake letting my Tile crete mortar stay in the sun before use.

I chipped it all out and started over. I am working two shower beds in tandem. My second attempt has left

me with many craters, one 5/8 to 3/4" deep.

The third attempt on the other shower went well with a solid substrate until I began to apply Hydraban and I noticed an area that was weak and after cleaning it out has left a larger crater, which I added a thinset slurry and mixed up some more dry pack. Any thoughts to clear this up?

Failed repairs on my second attempt has left

me with many craters, one 5/8 to 3/4" deep. These weak areas seemed to deep to build up with then set so I tried a thin set slurry / new dry pack mix on these and they still left me with these.

Third attempt I almost nailed it but I had one huge crater. I cleaned added a thinset slurry then mixed new dry pac. Hoping this works but I did not have as much success with the other repairs on my second attempt.

This is the shower that I completely pulled out and started over.

I would start again. The shower pan looks very suspect.
