Sunk penny tile help
In my Master Bath I notice grout was failing around a single penny tile. After further investigation it looks like the tile is maybe sinking? Any recommendations on what to do here?
The penny tile is over a kerdi shower foam pan. My concern is that the pan may have been damaged and looking for the right approach here to fix this issue.
I tried to take the best pictures I could for the tile issue.

Uh oh. That is literally the reason why they say a 2x2 tile is the minimum on a kerdi foam pan.
