Floor tile vs acrylic tub

Hello… I installed a new acrylic tub and now I’m doing mosaic marble tile flooring on the bathroom floor. I need some help on how to handle where the floor meets the tub.

First- I plan on using wonder board or hardy backer over the OSB wood flooring. Should I leave a 1/8“ gap between the edge of the backerboard and the edge of the acrylic tub? And then what do I fill that gap with?

Then when I lay the tile, same question- how much gap between the edge of the tile and the acrylic tub? And what do I fill that gap with? I’m using Spectralock 1 grout, but being that it’s an acrylic tub that may flex ever so slightly, I’m thinking grout may be too rigid. So, I’m thinking maybe Latisil silicone sealant, but is that appropriate for the floor-to-tub gap? This area is of HIGHEST importance because I know from yanking out the old tub, this is where water leaked through and rotted the OSB wood underneath.

Thank you for the help.

I might have read that wrong. Do you mean hydroban the wonderboard starting at the tub going 6" away from the tub?
