Odd size shower valve - How to seal it?
Bathtub surround will be Kerdi board. I have an odd size Brizo shower valve that is larger than the circular Kerdi seal that would normally be used. I'm wondering how best to seal this up to ensure no water gets in around and behind it?
Is it a good practice to caulk around the escutcheon in addition to sealing around the Kerdi board?
