Guidance on salvaging this shower pan

Problem: I made the mistake of letting the thinset sit out too long while laying down the mosaic shower floor tiles and they didn't stick. I removed them the next day but the thinset is really on there (picture attached). This is my first DIY shower so be gentle...

I was wondering what options I have?

- Should I just keep trying to carefully chisel out the thinset?

- somehow float over it...?

- Replace shower pan? Makes me cry inside

You can’t really hurt those tile Redi pans. Get the thinset wet, let it soak in and get saturated. Then use a margin trowel and see if you can scrape it off the pan. The sooner the better.
