How much gap is needed around tub and vertical seams

I have a question about how much gap is needed. I am thinking of using 1/16 or 1/8" grout line between tiles but am wondering about how much gap is needed for the following:

  1. Tile to tub and inside vertical corners where caulk will be applied.

  2. Tile to schluter jolly trim. I think grout is used here since this is on an outside corner

  3. Tile to drywall tearaway bead (drywall is flushed to the tile), do I use caulk or grout here since the drywall is flushed to the tile?

Thanks!

It's hard to get the thin set ridges to collapse on big tile, that's why we run a vibrator tool. helps a lot. gotta have super flat walls...part of your problem on the photo above looks like between the "cup" in the tile, (tiles are warped---that happens) and a slight deviation in the substrate behind the tile...you're not getting the best coverage right there.
