shower curb minimum width
Happy New Year! What considerations should there be for the width of a shower curb. I am ordering a tile redi custom shower pan and will be putting frameless shower door and panel on a 38x48 shower. Any guidance is appreciated, as always.

Typical, is 4" I would say. I've made one 2" to have a curb on a washing machine area. I'd think it could be even smaller than that, because it's simply there to hold water in and set the glass door on. Those would be the only two restrictions...and what size you can cut the wood underneath or foam board you're using underneath.
