Shower Slope and Drainage

I installed a Schluter pan (cut to size 48x32) with kerdi band on sides and corners, and then covered it with Hydroban. After drying overnight, I poured a cup of water on the pan and it mostly just sat there and then flowed to the drain when I ran my finger from the water to the drain. Poured a bucket full and it mostly ran to the drain, but there are some pretty wet spots. (see pics) Checked the slope and it is about 3/16" over 2' from back of shower toward drain. Do I have a problem here? If so, How do I handle this? Also, I didn't expect the Hydroban to change colors when getting wet. Is this an issue?

Hey Bob, yes shluter pans have a little less slope for some reason. Probably would only be an issue of installing pebbles on the pan. Otherwise you should be good to go. All liquid membranes change colors when wet. Not sure why either!
