Done: shower makeover
Just like a recent poster, I want to express a big thank you to Isaac and his crew for showing all the steps to doing a remodel. His advice in my previous posts a few weeks back like this, gave me more faith in myself: https://www.tilecoach.com//forum/questions-answers/tiling-final-check-in-for-a-shower-redo
Had my final building inspection today so in the clear....
If want more pictures, I can post more, but I think you get the point with these.
So many things could have gone wrong, nothing major happened. Using diamond-tipped tools makes cutting (grinding) holes a piece of cake. Didn't buy the right Deco-SG trim for the LEDs so made my own U channel with leftover pre-epoxy'd overlapping L-shape trim. Under-tile heating will be nice in the winter...
Lessons learned: getting everything plumb/level/plumb is a PITA and creates issue down the road if you don't do it. It can never be perfect so some tiles a little wonky....
Thanks again Isaac!

Here's the edging pre-glued together to make a pocket for the LEDs:

Looks great! You did so good.
