Toto Toilet Unifit Rough-in Installation
Has anyone ever installed a Toto skirted toilet using their Unifit Rough-In?
I'm planning to buy one and was just wondering about what the best drill bit choice would be to drill the four 5/16" holes for the back legs of the Unifit Rough-In?
The floor is porcelain tile on Ditra on a concrete slab.
I don't know that a standard masonry bit is necessarily the right choice at least through the tile. Maybe there is a better type of masonry bit?
The four bolts use plastic inserts that will be installed flush with the tile so you really don't go "through the tile" to get to the concrete below. Meaning I'm not making a larger hole in the tile just to get to the concrete below.
The porcelain tile is 3/8" thick with a matte finish.

Any good tile bit will work for you. It's only 2 holes in back.
Man do I hate that toilet. Leave it to Kohler to try and reinvent the wax ring.
Huge pain in the ass to install, ALWAYS hits the old plumbing rough in with that ridiculous skirt.
Hate it
