Flushing wall studs

Hello. I am in the middle of flushing out my wall studs as they were far off. I have sistered two opposing walls so far, but will need to flush the small adjacent wall that connects the two opposing walls. This small wall is a shower wall with a window and will be tiled. How do I flush this wall since it has both vertical and horizontal studs? As you see from the picture, there are only the two corner studs and the two king studs, and three cripple studs that are vertical. Do I only sister all of those? Should I remove the window header board and replace it so it is flush with everything else. I appreicate any help. Thank you.

Single top plate? It's only 1.5 inches. I would just drywall and foam board the shower, put a screw at about 2". It's plenty stiff.

Double plate? Sure. Go ahead and do that
