Full tile at ceiling
I re-posted this into questions as opposed to discussions.
I am using 12 x 24 tile on my bathroom wall and shower, setting them horizontal. Using a full tile at the top gives me about 3.75" at the bottom. Should I split the difference? Tiles have an indiscriminate design to mimick natural stone with a 1/16+ grout joint. Any thoughts?

I like symmetry. I would try to even that out. But most often we try for a full tile at the bottom to scribe if needed
