I’m planning on installing this Willow Sage Herringbone Marble Mosaic tile in a powder room over Schluter Ditra and could use some guidance.

Do I really need to use epoxy thinset and grout for this marble mosaic, or is a good quality white polymer-modified thinset with a regular grout fine for a low-moisture area like this? I plan to seal the tiles before installing them.

Would love any product recs that work well with marble and won’t cause discoloration.
